Troller can abuse the remake feature

On Twitter, I wanted to tell the Riot Support that the remake feature is too easy to abuse. What is the remake feature? It should be system, which allows players to restart/get back to the queue , if someone is afk/dc from their team. But what about trollers?! They can abuse that feature. They can stay in base(with items or without items) and can wait until the timer for remaking is gone. Then, the Riot Support answered that they can detect players whose participation are really low. And it will start a vote! (look to the link) I never saw that feature. Maybe it is unlocked at gold. ^^ Now back to serious issues...-_- I know that if I stay still on one point over 1-3minutes( not really sure but I am too lazy to research the timer), the game will disconnect me. Is that the feature? I am not really sure!? O_o

But here is my feedback... At this moment, this remake system is not effective. The reason is that without afk/disconnect the other players can't do anything. It would be better if the other players can do more. (from both teams: a fair match makes more fun as a match where you got boosted from a troller) So, the trollers know that he has to walk sometimes and buy items.(for not being detected from that mysterious other feature) Just add the feature of kicking one player for a remake.(disabled for parties and also time limited) (Maybe my idea can be used for trolling but I don't know how!)
