[GAMEPLAY] Shaco Clone Interaction with Thunderlord's Decree

I found some inconsistent interactions with masteries and Shaco clone. When Shaco ult's clone is struck by 3 attacks by a champ using the "Thunderlord's Decree" keystone, it is considered a champion. However when Shaco clone attacks a champion under tower, it is not targeted; therefore indicating that it is not an enemy champion and instead a pet of sorts. So i am now confused as to whether or not it is a champ or not. If not, it should not proc the "Thunderlord's Decree" keystone mastery as if the Shaco Clone is a champion.

The method to recreate the issue is done by:

  1. Equiping the Thunderlord's Decree keystone in a champions masteries.
  2. Have the champion (using the Thunderlord's Decree keystone) attack the Shaco Clone with 3 autos or spells.
  3. The Shaco clone will then 'absorb' the Thunderlord's decree proc damage and set the decree on a 30 cooldown.

I Linked two videos recorded within the 5.22 patch. I find the interaction to be rather inconsistent and would like some feedback. Thank you for you time.
