Battle Professor Graves splash art not loading

Bought the skin the day of release and I have yet to have had the splash art load the way it's supposed to. Kinda ridiculous this has been going on for 4 days when the other skins are all fine, I'm sure I'm not the only one with this problem, yet it has still yet to have been touched up on.
