Reconnect issue (help)

guys i got this problem with reconnect same... i did everything, reinstall,full repair, i used hextech repair tool, on/off wireless, i changed DNS setting, i set compatibility to windows 7 mine, update to date... i did eveything, this is not my computer :)))) .. please help, solve this bug [katarina-love]
