Impossible to connect (CLIENT)

HI FOR THE PAST FEW DAYS IRT IS LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO PLAY THE GAME. I have a perfect internet connection, correct dns and even r-installed the game but very time I access the game appears the "TRYING TO RECONNET" status. i vasi and nothing happens, so I try to reopen the gam over and over again, some times it takes me more than a hour to manage to log in. PLS help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've written also other times in these few days but never got an answer!!!!! I play on Mac btw
