Client loads but when trying to message, check runes, play a game, etc doesnt respond

As in the title, when logging into the client, no issues, however once in the client and looking at the home page, trying to transition to my rune pages, my skins, etc it is completely unresponsive. When trying to start a match (because I can see ppl on my friends list playing) it will let me pick between blind, draft, ranked, flex, however it wont proceed past that when clicking play and it wont allow me to select aram or any other game mode. I tried to send a message to a friend to see if they had any trouble similar and I couldn't send the message, could type it out, but cannot send it.

These problems have only occurred after the most recent patch. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the client 3 times today thinking it could be something off there, but even a completely fresh installation still has the same problems. Is anyone else experiencing this? and if there is a fix for it rather than just sitting on my hands and waiting for the next patch from riot and HOPE that fixes it I would love to hear it.

Currently missing out on TFT rewards, cant convert the last of my tokens before season ends, and missing out on daily rewards as well. Hopefully that can be fixed SOON and/or this stuff made up in some way.
