[GAMEPLAY] Draven Q not showing

Since patch 7.24 (I think) Dravens Q animation gets bugged out by using his W and E. whenever you use E while having spinning axes, the Q animation will get messed up. This is pretty damn annoying as most of dravens damage obviously comes from his Q, so in fights its very hard for me to tell if i have axes, and just as hard for the enemy and they may engage on me thinking "oh he has no axes this should be a free kill" then my axes suddenly appear when i hit them. This happens 100% of the time, and thus should be an easy fix.
