Store BUG !!!!

HI , i Had about 10000 ip and i went to store for buying RAKAN, i bought this champ yesterday. but when i came for playing AI , it was locked !

Riot tooks my ip and i have no RAKAN in my collection !!!! WHY this happened to me?? some one resolve this problem... im sad about it and this is second times it happened ....

please Riot read this and bring my champ... tnx
