AGAIN, afk check graphic not appearing

Sooo this is the second time ive posted about this,

Im having instances when i queue up for a match and the timer and everything works fine. However, when a match is found, the AFK check to accept does not appear. I know this because the timer even stops and about 10 seconds later im removed from the queue with the standard message (so and so has declined the ready check yada yada) it works fine when i restart the client (most of the time) but its still annoying and just comes out of nowhere.

is this a common thing or is my life just meant to be a hair tougher than the next dood?
