[GAMEPLAY] Kalista The Black Spear Bug

When you play kalista, after you use her black spear item on your ally, you can no longer use it on another ally. For example, if the person you use the item on disconnects after half the game, and you need to use her spear to connect to another player that is not disconnected, if you try to use it on another person, there is the sound cue of binding with another player, but only the sound cue. The bond is not created with another player that allows you to use Kalista's ult or her W's passive. so in the end you would end up with only being able to use your ult on your disconnected friend and only be able to use the black spear's sound effects on people, but not the actual in-game effect it is supposed to have, which is to provide a link between 2 players.
