Garen's E(and possibly other abilities) get locked after his Q animation gets cancelled.

So basically as it said, I've been playing quite a lot of garen recently and I've encountered this bug on several occasions thinking it was my keyboard not responding or ping but it wasn't, I just tested it in a custom game with a friend of mine and apparently Garen's e gets locked in after his q gets cancelled I was even spamming my E button but it just didnt wanna work until his Q damage duration went off.

Riot please fix.

Yes, this is happening to me as well.

And this bug DID occur after my Q got cancelled.

Nah, I think that's just the counterplay that riot forgot to put in when they made the rework.

Garen does seem to have a couple of bugs, such as his Q not being "consumed" if his auto-attack gets blocked (Shen W, Jax E, and likely Teemo Q).
