Basically, I was playing Ornn today, my ults all looked like this, they went like mach 5 so I couldn't actually proc the 2nd part of the ulti. You can basically recreate this by playing Ornn and using his ult. I don't think this happens every time but it's pretty frustrating to use an ult just to not be able to proc its 2nd part. This happened to me too a couple of times I was starting to think I suck at using ornn ult but I guess it is a bug.
that's actually hilarious. think about how broken it would be if it was supposed to be like this. if you actually got used to it, there would be no ability to dodge it at all.
I had the exact same thing here, but the Ornn was the enemy, basically the bull goes super fast, then it looked to me that it ran way passed him but then he would shoot it back at me out of no where. I asked the Ornn about it, but for him it was working normally. It seems that the bug was only happening for me and one of my teammate.
Starting to think it might have something to do with GPU

This happened to me all last game there was no way I could time i would buffer the 2nd part and still it would do anything, it would show the animation of hitting it back but still did nothing. My team flamed me for being shit the whole time
