My game keeps on crushing during ranked.

It happened when I play ranked. Last time when I was jungling, 40min or so into the game, during Baron fight and by the time I reconnect it was too late. I just don't get it; how it happened precisely at most decisive point of the game, during key fight, it just dropped tanky jungler out of the game. Almost like someone flooded my IP address and crushed LOL. If you watch game reply its very obvious.
