Played 6 or seven games today then this popped up, and I cant find a fix for it. What's going on?

After trying for forever to fix this problem, the only thing that fixed it for me was to get a new modem from my ISP. Worked immediately after that. You should be able to get a new modem for free if you bring the one back that you have.
