colors covering the screen in game

The past two games I've played I had this bug. Every time my camera is over my champion or another specific champion my screen goes crazy with various colors. The first game that this happened was with a star guardian Lux, every time my camera was over the Lux my screen would go berserk with purple and pink colors. The second game that this happened in was when I played Jarvan, every time my camera was over my champion the screen would be covered with brownish colors.
