lvl 6 token not there

I was playing as a lvl 4 brand, and as I completed the game I got an s- and lvl 5. I got the reward screen for getting lvl 5 then I got the reward screen for getting a lvl 6 token, but when I go to hextech the lvl 6 token is not there. NOTE: I am not using the new client.

This is nothing new. For some reason if you get lvl 5 AND do well enough to get a token you won't get the token. Not sure why but you cannot get lvl 5 and a token in the same game, even if it says you got a token.
