MMR suddenly drops

Hi, so yesterday when I was winning games I was getting like 25 lp per win. But when I logged today and won a game I got only 13. I'm not an expert but I don't think mmr can drop without playing, and will I get the lp I should have?

Enemy team likely got loss prevented so you get 50% lp. They have server issues or something causing lagg and dc.
