I realized that whenever I cast the Q skill shot with the Luden's Echo 
at 100, its passive will never go up.
The icon Luden's Echo remains 100 all the time, the other skillshot (W,E,R) works perfectly fine.
I wonder if this is intended to be or its a bug? Please check!!
Ezreal's Q is treated as an auto attack.
riot don't want to see ap ezreal in normal game. aram/urf is enough.
Ezreal's q applies on-hit effects, Luden's Echo is a spell effect.
@LawlawKing : I know dude I feel you. I wanted it too for AP Ezreal . But his 'Q' isn't allowed to proc both lifesteal 
and spellvamp 
only lifesteal because it's a AD Damaging ability not dealing magic damage. Or he would be a hybrid ADC building Hextech Gunblade 
. But that's a lot of sustain and it's OP. @Jalkan It's not a treated as a basic attack. The only abilities that are treated as basic attacks are Gang Planks
Parrrly (Q) and Yasuo's 
(Q). Ezreal's 'Q' specifically states that it "Apply's On Hit Effects" this means lifesteal and the 
Sheen tree (Iceborn Gauntlet 
, Lichbane 
, Trinity Force 
) also including 
Leona's Passive and 
Braum's Passive and 
Nami's 'W' making for three great supports for Ezreal. Sorry if I sounded like a smart"butt" but I main him and I just wanna help other Ezreal players.
Here's a line of what happens when an Ezreal mid game with some form of Sheen and a Hextech Gunblade.
Ezreal Q's.-> Q counts as spell cast.-> Instantly Proc's Sheen.-> Ezreal's next on hit effect deals bonus damage (The Q).-> Mystic Shot (Q) hit's target.-> On hit effect is triggered dealing the Sheen bonus damage.-> Hextech Gunblade has 20% Spellvamp and 10% Lifesteal.-> Lifesteal is when PHYSICAL damage hits a target (Ezreal's Q is only AD.)-> Gain's 10% of the target's suffered damage.
That's all. By the way to clarify what I said about his Q being a spellcast. It's an ability which is counted as a "Cast" like it says in Luden's Echo's Passive. Basically Ezreal's Q will give you the stacks for Luden's Echo but you won't be able to disperse the damage with that same physical damaging ability such as GP's Q Yasuo's Q Or Ezreal's Q. I hope I've clarified this enough with you.
Azir's 'W' Soldier's Basic Attack's count as spell casts so Azir is going to be God Tier with Luden's Echo. Especially considering he's made to spam his soldiers everywhere.
