[GAMEPLAY] Locket of the Iron Solari HP Scaling with Kled

When trying to use locket as Kled, the HP scaling on the item won't apply as it would with other items (Titanic Hydra, Relic Shield, Steraks Gage). This applies when Kled is both mounted and dismounted, and runes won't affect it either.
