Tryndamere Insta Die Bug

Basically whoever is Tryndamere with an active GA who uses ult before dying to activate GA will still die with neither ability working like they're intended to. This happened to me while facing an Olaf and happened to an enemy Tryndamere while I was Xin Xhao.

Riot has addressed this in a few responses, it's getting fixed.

Seriously they need to fix this!!!! This is BS. Lost so many ranked games because of this crap
