Client Keeps Freezing in champ select losing lp and having to wait in lpq.

Ok, so this has been happening way too frequently for me to not say something. I've uninstalled and reinstalled league and even switched over to a new pc because i thought my pc had problems. Every time I am in champ select, the client just freezes and due to that STUPID THING I lose my chance to ban and dodge queue. 5 minutes wait after the first time i dodge because of the client isnt too much but 25 minutes after that is just outright stupid. Riot please tell me what to do or just fix this please. This happens way too often for me and im dodging losing lp and spending my time waiting 25 minutes for queue. Please riot.
