Masteries didn't load

I was playing a normal draft today with my friends. When I tried switching masteries it said there was a bug and it would report it to Riot. I didn't think much of it so i tried to pick a different one, and same error happened. Even though I had the masteries picked. I only have a ss of the ingame when it said I had no mastery.
