Windows 10 is messing up my League of legends Game play

Ok, so I have been attempting to get rid of this problem but I cant seem to find the correct course of action. As you well know, League has issues running on the Windows 10 OS. My problem however seems unique. I can log in and load a game with no issues whatsoever, however that's where things get odd. My screen seems to be pushed down and i can clearly see the bar at the top of every program with the escape and the minimize buttons to click, however i cannot click on them as my courser won't got up high enough to illuminate them. also an odd thing, the bottom of the program screen is in fact to low below my monitor screen for me to interact with the program. this means that when i have my game in free screen, when i move my courser to the bottom to move it so i can see better it simply will not respond. Alternately, i can move my courser to the top of the screen and move it just fine. So now i give this little problem to you in the hopes that one of you tech savvy people can fine the solution.

Eh, the way you describe it sounds like you have it in Windowed mode and your monitor resolution does not match the one selected in the client.

Change your Window mode to either Windowed-Borderless (my preference) or Fullscreen, or change your resolution, and let me know if that helps. Try it in a custom match.

If you can't move your mouse up to the X because your cursor is confined within the borders of the game window, that is intended; just press Alt + Tab to change your active window and you can go up and click it.

As you well know, League has issues running on the Windows 10 OS.

You'll have to enlighten me there, because I've played League on three computers running Windows 10 with no issue and personally know of probably half a dozen other people playing on Windows 10 with no issue. The only Windows 10 issues reported on the boards that I recall were when it was in beta, when people hadn't upgraded their video drivers, or when video drivers tried to be "helpful" and display the game in 3D.

Deep Terror Nami's right on the money, you've got League set up to run in bordered widowed mode. Go in to your game options and change it to full screen or borderless windowed mode.

My issue on windwos 10 is that the damn audio cuts out unless there is a drastic change in frequency or volume.
