Miss Fortune Joke Bug

Anybody else notice that when Miss Fortune uses her joke that her belt/stomach area does not move/sway with the rest of her body as she brings up her pistols. It looks really weird. Not sure if this is intentional or not but just wondering if Riot is aware of this. I Never noticed this on the pre-rework MF Just today as i was previewing her updated skins. ( Secret Agent and Road Warrior where most noticeable). Just bringing it up to see if Riot made that intentionally or if it's a bug. ( A minor but distracting one not very important to gameplay just a little off/unsettling)
