[GAMEPLAY] Rakan's E
Has anyone else noticed that when Rakan is rooted he can still use his E to go to an ally immediately? Was this intentional?

Working as intended. Apparently on LoL wiki, the only thing that interrupts is a knock back (azir ult) it could be wrong tho.
