Fiora + ashe level 1 ult hack [GAMEPLAY]

Pretty much there is a client that allows you to have unlimited ult at level 1 when playing as fiora. the bug also requires you to have an ashe on your team for some reason. This bug just happened to me last game. The fiora and ashe were on the other team doing this. The bug also allowed pantheon to do this as well. Please disable these champions in ranked, and players should stay away from ranked as well.
