Cannot buy champions after acquiring enough IP

I can buy 3150 champions, but after having acquired 4800 IP, It says I do not have enough IP to purchase the champion.

The IP counter in the post-game screen also doesn't update after you win multiple games; it just sits at the amount you logged in with.
