Game freezes/Weird Buzzing Sound

So I've never posted on the forums before but I'll give it a try.

Whenever I play on my laptop, at random intervals during the game, my laptop sometimes completely freezes and a weird buzzing noise is coming out of the speakers. I run a Toshiba Sattelite E45t-A4100. I use an i5 Processor with 6gb or ram, and Intel HD graphics. Pls help I got banned 5 game 20 minute. my laptop pls
