Owner of Club Can't See His Own Club

My friend Stromex who is the owner of Stromex and the Stromites cannot see his own club or interact with it in any way. I'm not sure how to fix it but he has supported a ticket on it a while ago. If anyone can help, I would greatly appreciate it.

I'm having this problem as well, I'm the owner of Obsidian Pirates and it looks like I'm not in a club at all. They can't send me an invite and I can't do anything to pass privileges on!
