Illaoi Q animation stuck

Illaoi's Q animation is stuck on when he jumps up and then suddenly damage is applied to the area in front of him (no animation of him throwing the tentacle down). It is like this across all skins for me.

First of, it's she, and yes, Riot broke her Q in 10.4. Before the patch it only happend rarely, 1 occasion out of 100.

Not rly. This happened more often even before 10.4 It happened mostly when we tried to move and use Q in the same time or when we used Q after W. I think this bug was in game since her realase.

Atleast u still can see hitbox :P

Guess it depends on user then. As her main since 2016 thats my personal expirience. Yes, it was presistant bug since these times, but it wasn't that often before.
