[GAMEPLAY] Tibbers doesn't reset in AI Intro

It's simple. Play Annie in AI intro mode, summon Tibbers, Tibbers does not go into cooldown.

Tested in custom bots. Tibbers resets OK there. Haven't seen this issue in normal or ranked. Just AI intro from what I can tell. Hasn't happened in beginner or intermediate either.
