WW Ult and Bards tunnel

If WW ult catches you upon entrance to Bard's tunnel you pass through and take damage, but WW stays behind.

Playing as WuKong entered Bards tunnel in the jungle during team encounter and WW ult'd me just as i entered. I exited opposite side taking damage as if i had stopped but passed through the tunnel anyway.
