Weird DC

I was just in a ranked game and i randomly Dc'd from the game so i left and was going to reconnect like i normally do but this time, i was not able to. the weird thing was that League did not register that i was ever in that game at all. I went to OPGG and it says that i am still in the game. So i do not know whats up. Has anyone else had this happen to them? Is there any way i can stop this from happening again.
