Relic Shield not working properly w/ Thresh
The effect of relic shield where it executes minions below X health. Does not seem to work for Thresh AA.

Thresh is considered a ranged champion. Ranged champions don't get the execute effect, but they can last hit a minion normally to use up charges.
It doesn't work with Thresh b/c he has a ranged AA. The execute only works with a melee AA. The effect still happens if you last hit the minion.

the effect is different on Thresh. at ranged, the effect only works if you last-hit a minion. however, if youre close enough in melee range, the effect will work normally. I main supports and I had this issue with him, so its still a viable item on Thresh.
odd how in melee range it works perfectly normal for me. perhaps it is bugged.
