[Gameplay] Pool Party Draven sometimes throws Normal Draven Axes

Sorry in advance if I managed to incorrectly use the bug post format.

Anyway, I purchased the Pool Party Draven skin and decided to go into a custom to see what things were different and to get a real feel for the skin. All the Draven skins seem to have a little difference in the way the axes feel, at least to me so I like to mess around with them in a custom or on bots. Well, I was playing with the bots and just csing when i noticed that there was something a little "strange" with the axes. I thought I was seeing things, but then I went into slow motion and managed to get a picture of the Classic Draven axe being thrown by Draven in the replay. To be honest, I'm not too much in love with the skin to begin with, but that's not what this post is about. I do , however, want the skin to work as intended because I payed for it. I'm not sure what makes it happened, but it seemed like if I walked perpendicular to what I was going to throw the axe at is when it happened most.

TL:DR Pool Party Draven throws Classic Draven axes, and it seems to be linked to walking in the opposite direction that the axes are thrown. Also the picture is a little bad, but it is clear that the picture shows PP Draven throwing a normal axe even if the axe is a little hard to see.
