lost 10 LP for dodging ranked game

hi, i was playing yesterday and it got late a i was tired, so i decided to dodge the last normal game to sleep, so next morning was starting my ranked game and them my client stop responding, i tried to wait so see if it did come back or not but it did not. It happened while i was in the champion selection. when i logged in i saw that i lost 10 points. i know that when i dodge 1 game you lose 3 and the second 10, however should not i just lose 3 points because the first game was a normal game instead of ranked? Thanks
