[GAMEPLAY] Illaoi teleporting on her Tentacles can be seen by the enemy

Tried in a custom game; whenever Summoner Spell: Teleport is used on a Tentacle spawned by [Prophet of an Elder God], the visual effect of the teleport can be seen on the mini map of the enemy team.

1. Wait for a Tentacle to spawn.
2. Cast Summoner Spell: Teleport on it.
3. Visual effect of teleport can be seen on the enemy teams mini map.

Tried at multiple spots on Summoners Rift: at Baron pit, in the base, in jungle..., it always occurs.
