[Client] Did not receive the 'Veteran' Emote

When I completed the mission to receive the veteran emote, epic skin and rune page summoner icon, and my blue essence I got the completed mission animation and all of the rewards except the veteran emote. I checked in the store, loot, and under emote inventory...but it was no where to be found.
