loading screen turning black

Whenever everyone locks in and we are sent into the loading screen for me it shows nothing but a black screen with white dot directly in the center while everyone else i was queueing with sees the loading screen. my computer is a mac and my sister with the same exact model date and basically computer she doesn't have a problem. does anyone have a fix or even know that the problem is? > [darius-angry]
