Ranked matching

i really dont know if this belongs here, or the gameplay section. i just got done playing a flex ranked game. all of the players except for one were all mid silver, high bronze or low gold. i dont know if the match making screwed up or something, but some how there was a plat 3 player on the other team. i do understand that the plat player could have been paired with the gold person, and if that was the case its a unfair to the opposing team.
