LAG

I'm literally lagging for 30 seconds everygame since 9.6 , i mean the fps and the ping are still the same , but it feels like i have 3000 ping.It happened on 9.1 the same and somehow it was fixed by itself.What can i do becuase it literally destroys everygame.
