[GAMEPLAY] Ashe Focus stacks

Thing is I'm not 100% sure how to recreate it. The bug however is her new Q stacks well sometimes stupidly stops gaining stacks randomly. I have had this happen with both dragon and when I was attacking the enemy Ashe. The buff would stop gaining but would refresh like I was attacking a tower. I think, I don't remember if I did this or not, I used my W right before this happened so that maybe the cause of it. I can't say for sure since I don't remember. Problem is the bug is random. Sorry I can't be more helpful with this post.

Your stacks won't build on structures, but they will maintain themselves. Also the cap for stacks is 5

I'm having a problem where Ranger's Focus ends prematurely, after one shot. I don't know why or what's causing it but it's losing me a lot of trades.
