Hello, i don't know if this is supposed to be possible but Fiddlesticks can still use his 'Drain' on Elise when she is in the air with her E.

Yeah, and he can still drain Fizz while he's on his pole, but he's been allowed to do that for a while. I don't know about rappel though

Yup, intended. Can also keep draining through Vlad pool.
