Jhin always has 4th shot when ulted by mordekaiser
My friend was playing jhin and got killed by mordekaiser ult, and he kept using only the fourth shot. It never reloaded

same with kled, once kled dies, he uses his fast attacks only, I think its his w
I believe that is how it is meant to be.
