I never get key fragments anymore even though I do well on my games.

For some reason I don't get key fragments after games even though I do very well on those games, I am not sure if this is a bug or did u guys lower the chance of getting a key fragment. The only time I see a message about key fragments is when I lose games while playing a champion I don't have, can someone give me some feedback on this because it has been very annoying not getting keys even though I "carry" my games and do very well. You are just unlucky, keys arent awarded for anything good you do they are just randomly given out. You can get a penta and the entire enemy team will get fragments and you wont, its all random

Any behavior restrictions in recent memory? Otherwise you just have really bad luck. Key frags are awarded after wins.

Key fragments are given out randomly only when you win a game. Also, whenever you earn a key fragment, the drop rate for the next one is lowered, and this continues to happen every time you earn one. The drop rate does reset approximately 1 month after you earn your first key fragment at the original drop rate.
