Tahm Swallows Heimer Turrets?

I have played a few games now as against a . Was more than a few times where I went to Q-W one of s turrets and got some interesting results. It pulled the turret is (as expected) but I wasn't able to spit the turret back out afterwards (second part of the w). Instead the turret went inactive on the ground with 1 hp and became unkillable. No matter how many times we hit it, it only seemed to go away if placed more turrets, removing it through the cap. Overall it kinda just made it look like had become some sort of Yoshi turning the turrets into unkillable eggs instead of being able to spit them back out. It was...interesting to say the least but either way his W was bugged. It happened a few times in a gae I just played as well as previously in my games against the donger.
