Lux E animation not showing up until it explodes and does the damage

When Lux uses her E in game, the enemy team cannot see it show up. It will show Lux moving like she used it but the actualy light animation is not there it just blows up and does damage. The team with Lux on it can see it but only the enemies cannot and it's very difficult to play against
