Wukong Crushing Blow (Q) Ratio Bugged

I dont know for how long but wukong his crushing blow is bugged. A while ago they changed the ad ratio from 100% to 110%. But in game it only gives 10% in stead of 110%. So i think this is a typo by riots end but is such a hard nerf to wukong.

As far as I know, this is because the ability ADDS 10% of your AD to the auto attack, which already adds 100% as all autoattacks do.
