[GAMEPLAY] Vi Vaultbreaker causing ping spike

Played a dominion game, every time I charged up vaultbreaker my ping would spike sometimes as high as 1500ms. Had no other ping spikes besides this, and it would always go away within a couple seconds however it made her completely unplayable.
