Why am I not getting any boxes whenever I or a team ate get an s grade?

This started yesterday. I had gotten 4 boxes that day and after that whenever I get an s grade or a teammate I don't get any box. Today I played a lot of games and had alot of s grades but I got no boxes at all. Pls fix this it's frustrating.....
